When it comes to smartphones in India. It is very rare to find a smartphone having the mark “Made in India”[For which our PM is “struggling”].This is because Chinese OEMs have always managed to give best smartphones for the cheapest pay. So 2015 saw the entry of few cool Chinese OEMs which got major identity.Here are they !
[Note: The below mentioned OEMs are not ranked in any particular order!]
1.Oppo
When some tells me the word “Oppo”, the first thing that comes to my mind is that insane balloon doll which will be kept outside of their every show room. But this company has attracted a particular type of smartphone users in India and has gained some specific fans who jump with joy when I say the word
“Oppo”.So in 2015, some of their MAJOR release smartphones were Oppo R7
Plus, Oppo R5, Oppo Find 5 mini , Oppo R7 lite. Their work in 2015 was not
so great but good for a country like India.Oppo!Oppo!Oppo! :-

2.Xiaomi (Mi)
Xiaomi’s first smartphone in India was Mi3 (According to my knowledge). That
was the time I found this orange company attracting me in Flipkart(Indian
Online Retailing Website) with its flash metal made Mi3. It created records in
Indian e-commerce sites especially in flipkart via its flash sales.Later Xiaomi
came with many superb smartphones like Redmi, Mi4i, Mi4, Redmi Note.
Finding a service center for these devices has always been an headache.Its
fitness band was also something that glittered in Indian market because of its
price tag. Its recent release of Redmi Note Prime got positive reviews. The
funniest thing is that I personally still find it difficult to pronounce this
company’s name. (y)

3.Lenovo
A company which destroyed Moto series after getting it from Google,has
never made a perfect smartphone yet. I really hate their UI(VIBE UI) which is
buggy. I have been looking at their launches since 2013 and they never gave
me a chance of saying WOW! to both their smartphone and tablets.Especially
their A6000,A6000+,A7000,Tab 2 -A10.But in recent times ,they are making
some progress. Lenovo P1,K3 note and few are good.

There are also a few chinese companies that have recently gained identity
like Meizu,Oneplus(Flagship killer maker!),Huawei,ZTE(NUBIA) which would
surely show great growth.I excited to see these companies progress in future !
